How to Unsubscribe from the Newsletter

My apologies to anyone who has been receiving this Newsletter without initially subscribing to it. I originally merged a couple email lists from people interested in Real Estate with original subscribers and there may be several individuals who are still receiving it and simply don’t read it, don’t want it and don’t care. I can appreciate that, so if you no longer wish to receive it simply reply back to this email (or any updates) with UNSUBSCRIBE in the message.

My thanks to the few people who have politely asked to be removed in the last few months. To the less polite, my apologies also go out, especially to the one person who figured out after receiving the Newsletter for almost three years he could ask to be removed. I just wish he would have done it politely as it made me even question taking up my time to write them. Fortunately the frequent positive comments I receive help balance out the annoyance I had the other day. And there ends my rant.

I’m hoping to add what is called a double opt-in strategy in the next six months which will require confirmation from you to continue to receive the Newsletter. I will update everyone prior to the event.

I will be posting a great interview from BNN with Don Coxe, the global portfolio strategist from BMO later today, watch for it!
